Business Coaching can help business owners, leaders and employees, take their business to the next level and succeed.
As business owners and leaders often find, one of the greatest challenges they face is that of isolation – having someone independent and objective with whom you can discuss key issues facing the business, ideas, or gain knowledge to assist their professional development.
Similarly employees may need coaching to help them be more effective in their roles and/or to unleash their potential.
How Does Business Coaching Work?
The role of a business coach is to help you deal with challenges you may be facing or provide you with the skills you need to perform more effectively in your role.
When commencing a business coaching program, the first session will be used to understand:
You then decide the areas or topics on which you would like to focus.
Throughout the coaching sessions (normally 1.50 hours duration) we then work together exploring solutions and agree actions to be implemented.
We offer a package of four coaching sessions for only $495.00 per session. Our aim is to educate & help you achieve your goals in the shortest time frame possible.
Team Coaching.
For some businesses we also offer team coaching sessions (workshops). These work well for issues facing the business, where team member insights and buy-in are needed.
These sessions usually run for 2 to 3 hours and costs $1,200 plus GST.
Business Coaching Focus.
While our business coaching sessions are tailored to the needs of your business, topics we can assist with include:
Accountability – A Key Part Of The Process.
A key element of the process is that you, (or team members), will be held accountable for implementation of what is agreed.
This helps ensure you get value from the business coaching sessions and avoids wasting valuable and money. For both you and the coach.
