Bruce Hall – Experience Counts.
Bruce Hall is an experienced business consultant, coach, and workshop facilitator.
He’s driven by a passion to unlock the full potential of businesses and individuals.
With an extensive background in finance, human resources and marketing, Bruce has worked with more than 1500 businesses in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
Through the Small Business Mentoring Service, he dedicated three years to helping businesses in Kinglake and Marysville recover from the devastating effects of the 2009 bushfires.

While this was challenging work, it was also highly rewarding, providing insights into the courage and resilience of Australians in the face of adversity.
A Love of Learning Ignited Early!
From early an early age, Bruce Hall developed a love of learning, what motivates people, and the key ingredients needed for success in both business and life.
This curiosity sparked a love of learning and creativity.
Throughout his diversified career, Bruce recognised a fundamental truth: that the cornerstone of sustained success, is a great business culture. That is; its not products or services that form the foundation of success, it’s culture. Conversely when leaders prioritise profit over culture, they sow the seeds of failure!
Bruce Hall: Creativity and Insights.
Similarly, Bruce’s experience leading teams and working with businesses, revealed the knowledge to deal with challenges, or sparks of creativity, came from those working in the business – often those dealing directly with customers, and/or junior members of the team.
However, too often the potential of these insights is not realised due to:
Customer Focused Marketing.
The other area of passion for Bruce Hall is marketing. Specifically whether it is customer focused, or internally focused.
Like culture, the foundation of marketing needs to be a customer focus. Without this, the marketing spend will be wasted.
In reality customers do not care about your product or service. They only care about what it will do for them!
Customers also want to trust their suppliers and feel valued. Yet for many business, the term “valued customer” is meaningless as the “relationship” ends with the sale.
Building a customer focused business is not difficult. It is also highly rewarding.
Get in Touch.
